Routine Wellness Care
Regular wellness exams help maintain your pet’s health over time. At Animal Care Center, we encourage preventative wellness care for all life stages of pets. During a wellness exam, a preventative treatment plan tailored to your pet’s specific needs will be developed. The veterinarian will provide guidance on diets and supplements, and may recommend lab tests and diagnostic imaging based on your pet’s age and medical history. Routine Diagnostics
Our facility is equipped with a comprehensive in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, and on-site cytology. These diagnostic tools are frequently utilized to assist in accurately assessing your pet’s health and can help us visualize internal organ systems, heart and lungs, reproductive, gastrointestinal and urinary systems. We take all necessary steps to ensure your pet experiences no pain, risk or discomfort when getting x-rays or ultrasound.
Dental Services
We provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative cleanings to support your pet’s oral health, as well as advanced surgical procedures such as tooth extractions and oral mass removals. Our skilled technicians and assistants conduct these cleanings, while each patient is assessed by a veterinarian for indications of tooth damage or periodontal disease.
General Surgery
Surgical procedures are sometimes a necessary part of your pet’s general care. At Animal Care Center we provide the highest quality surgical care, recovery, and pain management for your pet. Your pet is continuously monitored by our state-of-the-art equipment & our experienced staff. We treat your pet as if they were our own.
Laser Therapy
Staff administer laser therapy using a hand piece that emits infrared light in a non-invasive procedure. The light can address surface issues, such as wounds, and reach deeper tissue by penetrating fur, skin, and fat as needed. The therapeutic laser targets mitochondria in affected cells and stimulates regeneration, a process called photobiomodulation. Laser therapy may be used alongside other treatments and can reduce the need for pain medications. It is utilized for various conditions, including wounds, arthritis, skin disorders, pain, inflammation, post-operative recovery, ear infections, dental problems, urinary issues, among others.
Boarding & Daycare
Animal Care Center offers convenient boarding with flexible drop-off and pick-up times, including Sunday afternoons. Your pet will enjoy safe, comfortable accommodations and secure exercise yards, so you can travel worry-free.
In addition to boarding we also offer daycare services with 3 walks and 2 group play times each day! To keep our facility clean and safe for your pets, we require:
Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, Kennel Cough, Influenza, plus current heartworm prevention or a negative fecal test within 6 months.
Cats: Rabies & FVRCP.
All animals must be free of fleas and ticks.
